We're not totally sure but it looks like Madisyn may have found her groove. She still has a little perfecting to do...but its not a bad start. She definitely didn't get those moves from her dad.

Last weekend the parents took the kids (Madisyn, Simon, and Lola) to their first concert. Well...kinda. We all voyaged down to ArtStreet where we listened to the Gufs. It was a good time and the three of them seemed to enjoy it for the most part. Just wait until they can have a funnel cake!

Dat kid gots hops!

So Madisyn's been working at it for a while now...but she just recently started going CRAZY in her Jumperoo. Mom loves it because she thinks it means she's gonna be a hoopster when she gets a little older. Here's a look.

Last weekend we hit the road yet again. This time over to Minneapolis for Michael (Amie's cousin) and Danni's wedding. It was a great time. It was Madisyn's first wedding and she did great...making it all the way til the end. (She may not have been awake the whole time, but still made it.) Not only was it her first wedding, but it also gave us our first chance for Madisyn to get in the pool. So, we put on the Lil' Swimmers and marched on down to the pool for a little dip.

Here we go...Madisyn wasn't real sure at first...but soon realized it was just like a really big bath tub.

"This is FUN...a bit chilly...but FUN!"

"Whoa..wait a minute...I'm gonna do what?"

"Blub...blub...blub...blub"

"Holy Cow...what was that!"

All that swimming...and dunking (only once) seemed to tire Madisyn out a bit.

Madisyn even got invited to the rehearsal dinner. She especially liked the sherbert part! Wink Wink.

Congratulations to Michael and Danni...it was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding!

Ding...Ding...Ding!

Yup...That's Right...Dinner time. Madisyn's now eating people food. Well, almost...if you count people food mashed into a paste...then yeah. She's doing pretty good. Maybe that's only because she hasn't learned how to spit it all over the place yet. I'm sure it's on the way. Here's a peek at how it went.
