Chase-Buddy Birthday Bash!

Last weekend we headed down to Chase's first birthday. It was so much fun. We went to a Schaumburg Flyers baseball game, which was a first a for Madisyn. She seemed to like it. Everything but the fireworks. After the game there was a pretty good firework display, and a one point I turned to look at Madisyn and see how she was doing. At first, I had thought she fell asleep and was like what kid falls asleep during fireworks, only to see her eyes pop open and ask mommy to 'cover my ears.' It was pretty cute. The kids had a great time playing together. Madisyn loved being around all of them. Especially hangin' with the birthday boy. Happy Birthday Chase! You're getting so big!

It was great to see our friends down there...can't wait to do it again!
